In case of dissatisfaction from our Products & Services, Customer will have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact us via Cancel order Link from Their “MY ACCOUNT” after login. Cancellation Requests can only be made if the Order Status in not marked as “Delivered” is it’s already Delivered It will be treated as per Return & Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to Resolve the Issue, like received different Model, Earphone not working, In transit Damages etc. In case any customer is not completely satisfied with our products than we can provide refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. COD refunds will be done directly to customers provided bank details, Else in form of Coupons of same Account valid for next 3 Months, that can be claimed against any order.
